Job Description:
• Receive import-export documents from agents and customers.
• Check information on cargo arrival and departure times, submit E-manifest on the customs system, etc.
• Verify cargo details and necessary import-export permits (if applicable).
• Create cargo notices in the system and send them to the customs clearance team/customers; verify declaration information with customers.
• Schedule deliveries for customers and track shipments to the final receiving location.
• Handle account receivables, send invoices to customers, and follow up on payments with related departments.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
• Gender: Female.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Import-Export, International Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in logistics; knowledge of import-export procedures, required permits, and customer service processes.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese customs regulations.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic, good communication and negotiation skills with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Willing to take on challenges and handle high work pressure.
