1. Handle nomination shipments from agents
2. Supporting to check Flight scheudle which suitable customer's inquiry
3. Contact with
shipper for all necessary procedure supports
4. Key in to internal system for booking
5. Help to solve the trouble case for customers
6. Report to manager or upper level when required
7. Complete the assigned job when required
1. Have experience in Air export/ import documentation
2. Experience in freight forwarding company
3. Good collaboration and multitasking skills, highly discipline and can take the pressure
4. Computer skill is required
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Work closely with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, and local authorities to ensure compliance with import regulations.
• Communicate and update clients on shipment status, delays, and solutions proactively.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in air export/import operations or freight forwarding.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)

• Working time: 8:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
• Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
• Salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
