Specific Accountabilities
Compliance Check
Create (EXPORT)Booking
Plan Shipment Routing
Release credit limit / risk
Customer/internal Interaction
Discrepancy Handling
Perform KnownConsignor
Approve Top Line Gross Profit
Communication of operational requirements towards internal functions
Interaction with pricing desk airfreight (carrier pricing)
Maintenance of ad-hoc quotation
Quality Deviation Login and Follow up
Process operational reporting to customer
Coordinate and communicate surveys
First point of contact for claims process
Schedule pickup
Schedule self-delivery
Scan documents
Follow up on pickup, self-delivery, linehaul/Dryage (during non office hours + unavailability of CM + Transport coordinator)
Ensure correctness of data and Issue AWB
Issue customerinvoice
Perform upliftcontrol
Support discrepancy & damage handling
Coordination with internal partner & external supplier
Ensure PUP (or is Local Transport Coordinator in charge?), (REW - warehouse) & ATD setting
Organize export customs clearance with broker / customs function
Lebelling
Cargo secruitystatus
Entering / monitoring of Cargo iQ events/ specific customer events
Monitor cost control (Comparison cost elements versus sales items)
Issue internal vouchers (intra- and inter company invoicing)
Monitor and manage carrier messaging / advanced manifest submissions
Execute pre-advice submission
Maintenance / Update of flight schedule
Book with carrier
Confirm the bookings against flight schedule.
Branch to Gateway Operations - Create optimized ULD Plan
Finalize Pouch/ Documents for carrier and destination
Book Linehaul from origin branch to hub/gateway warehouse / airport Terminal / carrier
Finalize MAWB
Hub Export Process - Perform goods receipt and check condition of goods Transport related storage agent job
Ensure correctness of data and Issue AWB
Ad-hoc allotment booking with carrier based on existing allotment
Responsible for all the connecting flights and cargo uplift until it reaches the destination
Communicate to branches any changes to flights
Maintenance of allotment details in TANGO and or RCM
Monitor and manage carrier messaging / advanced manifest submissions
Confirm departure and ATD
Provide net achieved rate
Able to cater to special handling requirements.
Scan documents
Set ATD/ATA Event
Check DEP/ARR/NFD Event (on carrier Website)
Daily check of ATD vs DEP and ETA vs ARR deviation
Check e-Archive for missing documents and upload missing documents

University Degree (Foreign Trade, Economics, Trade)
Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in a foreign Forwarding Company.
