- KPI & Profitability Management: Monitor key performance indicators including booking fulfillment rate, on-time performance, claim ratio, gross profit, and departmental cost control to ensure achievement of business targets.
- Regulatory Compliance & SOP Management: Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, airline security standards, customs requirements, dangerous goods (DG) handling procedures, and internal SOPs.
- Training & Staff Development: Train, coach, and evaluate team members to strengthen operational capabilities, service quality, and overall team performance.

Business Development Support: Support sales and key account teams in RFQ preparation, pricing strategies, customer quotations, and logistics solution design for new business opportunities.
- Oversee Air Export & Import Operations: Manage the overall air export and import cargo operations for company-secured customers.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct regular analysis and reporting on trends and developments in the Vietnam air cargo market.
- Partnership Development & Maintenance: Establish and maintain strong relationships with airlines, air consolidators, customs brokers, and inland transportation providers.
- Space & Pricing Negotiation: Negotiate with airlines to secure capacity and obtain competitive pricing.
- Documentation & Billing Management: Handle air export/import documentation, update internal systems, and manage billing (invoices, payments) for customers, overseas agents, and airlines.
- Issue Resolution & Operational Support: Address claims and disputes while supporting other departments during high-volume periods or staff absences.
- Operational Improvement & Strategy Development: Propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and consult with directors on strategies for productivity enhancement.
