Enter final shipment details (weight, dimensions, and piece counts) and update the Master Air Waybill (MAWB) and House Air Waybill (HAWB) in the management system in a timely and accurate manner.
Flag and resolve discrepancies between the customer's declared weight and the actual warehouse scale weight
Monitor and execute FWB and FHL message transmissions to international airlines and terminals for shipments departing from SGN and HAN.
Ensure the timely submission of EDI messages prior to strict airline cut-off times.
Verify the data accuracy of FWB/FHL messages and troubleshoot transmission errors promptly to prevent carrier penalties or cargo offloading.
Review and match vendor invoices (from airlines, co-loaders, trucking companies, and customs brokers) against internal operational files or House and Master Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB).
Identify and dispute variances between quoted rates (buy rates) and the actual amounts billed by vendors.
Maintain a near-zero error rate in cost entry to avoid flawed financial reporting.
Escalate issues to upper management and resolve them in a timely manner.
Conduct other tasks assigned by management within the company's scope.
