Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications Intern to support the "40 Years of Partnership - Airbus/Vietnam" project.
Working closely with Airbus Vietnam, APAC & Central Communication teams, and other stakeholders, the intern will contribute to the preparation, asset coordination, communication strategy, and execution for key events and associated communications collateral, taking place in Hanoi in Q4 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Airbus Vietnam 40th Anniversary Book
- Collaborate with internal Airbus teams to finalise the content (both Vietnamese and English) for Airbus Vietnam 40th Anniversary Book.
- Collaborate with Airbus's appointed agency on the design and production of Airbus Vietnam 40th Anniversary Book.
- Airbus 40th Anniversary Reception
- Support the compilation of the guest list, invitations, and reservations.
- Coordinate the collection of footage required for Airbus in Vietnam 40-year partnership video from key partners in Vietnam. Compile and select relevant footage required for the video (not sourced from key partners).
- Coordinate the collection of photos required for the Gallery Walk Exhibition. Collaborate with the appointed event agency on the application and matching of the milestones and photos onto the Gallery Walk Exhibition.
- Embassy Photo Exhibition
- Coordinate the collection of photos required for the Photo Exhibition at the Embassy of Airbus's home countries (France, Germany, Spain, UK).
- Work with the Embassies and internal teams for the production of the respective exhibition.
- Vietnam Aerospace Forum (VAF) 2026
- Support the compilation of the Airbus's guest list, speakers, invitations, and reservations.
- Space Camp
- Collaborate with Airbus partners and internal teams to consolidate a targeted list of participating schools for the Space Camp.
- Support formalise the agenda and logistics to ensure the program is engaging, impactful, and relevant to both students and space exploration.
- Other tasks reasonably determined by the Direct Manager.
Outputs:
- Coordination of Airbus guest list, invitation distribution, RSVP tracking, and on-site logistical support of the listed events.
- A finalised introduction book highlighting Airbus in Vietnam's presence and milestones ready to be printed and delivered at the Airbus 40th Anniversary Reception.
- A consolidated repository of required footage for Airbus 40-year partnership video.
- A finalised compilation of photos ready for use in the 40 Years Reception Gallery Walk Exhibition.
- A finalised compilation of photos ready for use in the Embassy Photo Exhibitions.
- A finalised, ready-to-execute event agenda and programme format for the Space Camp.
- Communications support to promote the listed events.
