Main Purpose:
Main responsibility will be to create and execute website merchandising plans to optimize the online products or services' presentation. This position will also ensure that our e-commerce merchandising plans align with product and marketing strategies. This includes researching competitors, monitoring market trends, and responding to changes in the marketplace in order to ensure that the products and services are priced competitively. Digital merchandisers must also be able to analyze data and make decisions quickly in order to respond to changes in the market.
Key Accountabilities:
Merchandise portfolio development
Developing digital merchandising plans to boost sales.
Selecting the products or services to be presented to customers on our website.
Managing new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and - promotional activities.
Monitoring key trading tasks such as stock management, fragmentation, and product returns.
Overseeing the production and maintenance of the brand's online catalogs.
Categorizing the company's products to provide a smoother user experience.
Setting standardized operational procedures to optimize product development.
Planning & Forecasting
Evaluating product and category performance and preparing reports based on the evaluation.
Ensuring that products are delivered in a timely manner.
Ensuring that delivery and payment processes are secure and efficient.
Analyzing data, such as sales and customer feedback, in order to identify areas of opportunity and improvement, then use this data to inform their decisions and strategies.
Reporting on e-Commerce trade performance including KPIs, providing data-driven insight, and conducting deep dives were needed to better understand shopping behaviors and trends.
Projects/ Initiatives
Using A/B testing to determine which campaigns/product categories are most effective and optimize future campaigns accordingly.
Collaborating with KAM for onsite optimizations during peak seasons such as online exclusive selections, upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and search improvements.
Ad-hoc scenarios analysis as assigned by direct supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, Analytics or a related field.
Experience:
Around 3-5 years of experience in Merchandising for digital platforms, preferably in retail industry. Having worked for Shopee/Lazada before is a plus.
Experience working with a variety of digital channels such as search, display, email, and social media.
Work related skills:
Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Knowledgeable of analytical tools for performance measurement.
An understanding of e-Commerce UX, content and development projects, and intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment.
Market research.
Supported skills:
Capable to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluent in verbal communication & writing English.
Project management.
