We are looking for Admisison Manager for American Polytechnic College. This position will manage and develop recruitment activities, ensuring enrollment targets are met and expanding partnership networks for Keiser University Vietnam.
Key responsibilities:
1.
Business Development & Enrollment
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns
- Manage and expand agency networks to attract potential students.
- Attend recruitment fairs and education events to promote training programs.
- Analyze market and business needs to align with suitable training programs.
- Sign partnership agreements with businesses and educational organizations.
2. Brand Building and Community Development
- Build and manage APC's brand image in the education market.
- Launch communication campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
- Participate in social activities and contribute to local community development.
3. Team Development:
- Recruit and train staff for the admission team
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve operational objectives.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in enrollment, business development, or management, preferably in the education sector.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for marketing and enrollment.
Abilities:
- Strategic thinking and market analysis for effective enrollment planning.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
