[APC] Head of Marketing

EQuest is currently one of the largest private education institutions in Vietnam with more than 120,000 students enrolled annually in our member schools, including K-12 schools, universities and vocational institutions, foreign language schools, as well as various Edtech platforms.
EQuest is looking for potential candidates for the position of Head of Marketing at American Polytechnic College coordinator with the following details:
1. Building online marketing channel
Planning, analyzing and implementing Digital Marketing, Social Media.
Planning to sell products on website, forum, Facebook, Tiktok and other social media channels.
Collecting, synthesizing, analyzing and evaluating market information, customer preferences, competitor information and making proposals.
Strategize and implement promotional programs, communication, promotion and branding for company and product.
Develop operation budget by month/ quarter/ year.
Advise and propose month/quarter/year ideas, plans, solutions, marketing strategy for internal as well as external to improve image, develop the brand and make a difference with competitors.
2. Team management
Recruiting and training staff of the duty department belong.
Develop and implement the process of the Marketing Department to assure quality and work schedule.
Assigning jobs, developing Marketing Department sustainably, ensuring employees can work independently.
Building culture: responsibility, honesty, friendliness and sharing.
3. Report
Prepare monthly work plan and report.
Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ yearly operating budget.
4. Other tasks
Support other departments with work related to the school's goal.
Tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
