Application Engineer (CAE High End)

Job Description
Provides support to customers in the usage of CAE products, while leveraging his/her knowledge and experience to achieve our company's business growth across the SEA region.
Responsibilities
Provide pre and post-sales of software support, and engineering services for CAE products (Ansys HFSS, or Ansys Maxwell)
Understand customer's application requirements and provide solutions
The job involves conducting technical presentations/demonstrations/seminars, providing software application support, conducting product training and engineering services
Support set-up, inspection, and testing of new equipment at customer locations to ensure proper installation
Teamwork with field sales personnel, identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
Ensure smooth and timely information between sales and engineering
Other duties as required by management, including but not limited to traveling and support

The Bachelor's Degree holder in Electronic/ Science Engineering/Machinery/Mathematics/Physics
At least 5 years of experience in CAE, CFD or Mechanical.
Experienced in using Ansys software is a must (but if no Ansys software experience - the candidate has experience in using competitor's products)
Good at communication & has interest in communicating with people
Technically competent, sales-oriented, results-driven and customer-oriented
Business level of English language
Ability to prioritize work/multitasking, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Able to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision
Adaptable to different environments/platforms, work under pressure
Working time: Monday - Friday, 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
Bonus: 2 months per year
