Mô tả công việc
- Programming of PLC applications and setting parameter of inverter, servo.
- check, fix and replace inverter, servo; analysis of systems using inverters, servos, PLCs
- Resolve and respond to customer queries/complaints in a timely and effective manner, especially for technical and after sales service issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with partners, key customers
- Support Sales Team to handle customer's technical queries or requirement, make technical and commercial proposals to meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Prepare technical presentation material for events and conduct technical seminar/roadshow to reach out to more potential customers
- Follow up the payments status to ensure timely payments from customers.
- Make regular reports

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Electrical & Automation Engineering.
- more than 3 years of work experience in automation engineering (drives, servo, PLC). Used to take care a factory automation equipment/ machine marker automation that is a plus
- Knowledge of motion control equipment. Knowledge of Yaskawa Electric equipment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge and experience in control/automation industry (PLCs, drives, servo).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Prefer candidate under 28 years old
- more than 3 years of work experience in automation engineering (drives, servo, PLC). Used to take care a factory automation equipment/ machine marker automation that is a plus
