Mô tả công việc
Job purpose
• Be Technology Business partner with Business stakeholders, Clients and provide Technology Services standards
• Lead the Business requirements, coordinate with Business stakeholders, 3rd parties and/or regional EDS (E-Commerce and Data Services) for development and lifecycle management of products across these below areas to ensure end to end system design, data flow and system flow/integration with quality, compliance release.
- E-commerce, Internal Applications (E-Approval, Automation, Customer Services...), 3rd Party Applications (E-Invoice, E-Contract...) and eZTracker
• Perform the BAU (Business As Usual) services support under EDS functions in Market
- Testing Services (Test plan, Test cases) - SIT (System Integration Test), UAT (User Acceptance Test)
- Incident, Service request and Problem management by SLAs
• Support analytics and delivery of BI insights (Advanced)
• Product Analytics, BI Services (Looker/PowerBI), Data Products and Solutions Delivery Teams and Model
Responsibilities
1. Business stakeholders, 3rd Parties and Clients management
- Provide Technology service standards to all Stakeholders and Clients
- Regular catch up and share progress statuses of Technology services to specific Stakeholders, Clients.
- Manage 3rd parties delivery quality and SLAs within budget and timeline
2. Technical Lead and Support
- Lead Business requirements to align with Business priority and coordinate relevant Technical functions, partners to provide effort, timeline
- Assist in the development of user training materials and delivery for SIT (System Integration Test)/UAT (User Acceptance Test)
- Support testing plan and conduct SIT/UAT perform.
- Support data conversion activities related to the establishment of master data and ERP/SAP.
- Do monitoring and supporting for specific EDS functions including Integration, automation services with relevant Team.
- Manage, follow and report incidents, service requests and change requests by SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
- Ensure all problems, issues to be analyzed and identified root causes, work closely with other technical functions, 3rd parties to provide solutions properly.
3. Business Process Improvement
- Analyst and facilitate ongoing system & process enhancements as part of the future program releases and ongoing business evolution.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in related fields (Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Economics,...)
• At least 5 years in Information Technology with minimum of 3 years' experience of Senior role.
• Strong business processes and knowledge with E-commerce (B2B, B2C...), experience in application development, management. ERP knowledge is advanced.
• At least 2 years with E-commerce/systems and applications design and testing methodology and standards. BA, PM/Agile experience are advanced.
• At least 3 years with E-commerce/systems and applications maintenance and support standards. ITIL knowledge is advanced.
• Fluent in writing and speaking English
• Customer services, communication and problems solving skills
• Hands on and can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and with others (Teamwork)
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skill.
• Proactive and open minded.
• Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented.
