Mô tả công việc
Role Purpose:
The Area Manager role will organize and oversee the sales activities of several stores you manage. You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting sales targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained.
Reporting directly to the Operation Manager and leading the team of the RGM Team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Building Great Restaurants: Develop the perfection of restaurant operations in compliance with YUM! Global standard. Be responsible for consistently achieving all critical KPIs, including Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Customer Experience measures, Food Safety, etc.
· Creating Customer Loyalty: Ensure the global operations standard at all restaurants to offer great experience to customers. Role model of Customer Mania to all restaurant members and responsible for implementing this culture. Ensure the implementation of improvement from customer feedback.
· Developing people capability: Provide coaching, direction, and leadership support to Restaurant Managers to achieve business results and align with the Company's policies, practices, and procedures. Clearly defines performance expectations and uses performance management tools and processes to encourage, motivate, and drive individual and team results. Creates and manages effective teams by aligning team members, leading by example, developing bench strength, and recognizing top performers.
· Increasing revenues and profitability: Identify opportunities and take the lead in implementation for revenue maximization of the restaurants. Roll out the execution of marketing campaigns in restaurants to ensure effectiveness.

Yêu cầu
Professional Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration.
· Must have at least four years of experience as an Area Manager in the F&B chain industries
· Experience in Marketing or market development.
Key Experiences:
· Proven track record of working under pressure/to tight deadlines.
· Experience in managing a team.
· Experience in working with consumers.
· Good communication skills.
· Have to go on a business trip.
· Be able to use english.
