Mô tả công việc
The role involves close management of distributors and partners to enable individual distributor revenue forecasts to be achieved through effective customer relationship management, implementation of strategies and alignment of marketing campaigns.
Description
* ELT Strategy and Implementation: To propose the strategy for Vietnam, seek and obtain input and agreement from all key stakeholders and implement as agreed in order to ensure growth is achieved in line with ELT's overall mission. Secure an effective, long-term position in this growing ELT market while also elevating and ensuring the profile of Vietnam is maximised. Ensure that market and competitor intelligence and forecast are delivered to senior management teams.
* Management and Development of the team: To manage, motivate, and develop the staff to ensure targets are met. Lead the team to implement the suitable promotional model, identify opportunities and drive the growth.
* Collaboration with Marketing and Editorial: To establish a close working relationship with other functions based in Vietnam and Group to ensure shared goals and a co-ordinated approach. Work with Marketing Manager to be sure all products are promoted in line with market strategy, and identify new title launch schedule and plans.
* Distributor and Local partner management: To provide strong and effective leadership to ensure communication and cooperation with local distribution partners and government departments are effective and in line with ELT divisional directions. Ensure that distributors have the tools needed for effective promotion and closing, and manage distributors to achieve purchase forecasts.
* Vietnam Office Management
1 Over-head, budgeting and accounting: P&L accountability with responsibility for all budgeting and accounting as required for the Vietnam office in order to comply with internal and external needs.
2 Human resources: (as the senior employee within the Vietnam office) to support and oversee all Vietnam HR issues working with HR in order to ensure appropriate processes and policies are followed.
3 Office administration: to be responsible for the efficient management of the office, including all facilities, to ensure that the office is run within agreed budgets and that staff have the facilities that they need to do their jobs.

External: Institutions, Teachers, Booksellers, Distributors, Government Departments
Profile
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Experience in business and marketing with a large educational or general publisher
* Proven track record in a leadership capacity preferably working within a multicultural/lingual environment
* Senior experience of managing and developing individuals
* Extensive knowledge of ELT
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
