Mô tả công việc
1. Coach and develop team:
• Spend at least 70% time in field coaching;
• Apply the field coaching skills and In-field coaching form (FCR) to ensure the Med Rep's skills and performance
meet the Company's requirement. Submit the FCR on time;
• Coordinate with SFE and Marketing to provide the related trainings such as product knowledge, selling EDGE
to team. Ensure that team skillfully apply the knowledge and selling EDGE in each call;
• Follow up on each member's overall performance; propose any required trainings to team;
• To assess and valuate most potential MR or need to improve MR and build proper development /
improvement program;
• Manage and coach the team to implement the marketing activities successfully.
2. Manage team performance and achieve the assigned objectives:
• Ensure the team's execution and performance is in line with the company's strategy and direction, include but
not limit to marketing activities;
• Lead the team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly total target and focused product's target;
be a close supporter/mentor to team member for any issues arisen;
• Manage the expenses of the team efficiently.
3. Territory management:
• Together with marketing team to accomplish the required C&T;
• Establish, update and clean up my customer list (MCL) of the assigned territory/team;
• Responsible for call plan and call report of the assigned team. Manage and ensure that the team reaches
monthly SFE KPI target (call rate, call frequency, call volume...);
• Seek and propose for the new business opportunity such as new coverage, new tenders, new penetration
channel, etc.
4. Market information & report:
• Accomplish and submit the regular as well as ad-hoc reports on time and and in full informative manner;
• Ensure the team to submit the regular & adhoc report on time;
• Regularly update market intelligence and suggestion.
5. Self-learning & development:
• Proactively and continuously improve the product knowledge and management/leadership skills through self-
learning and from the company provided courses;
• Continuously seek for feedbacks from all related parties and improve the developing areas for the team;
• Willing to take responsibility for/participate in the new assigned task/project.
6. Cooperation and compliance:
• Support and cooperate with other departments to fulfil the joined-tasks/projects

Yêu cầu
Pharmaceutical or medical graduate (Must have)
• 3-5 years experience in FF management position in international company;
• Self-motivated and possessing good follow-up abilities, good problem solving and analytical skills;
• Strong supervisor skill, good communication skills;
• Energetic, ambitious, teamwork attitude;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, willing to take challenge;
• Self-motivated, fast learner;
• Customer- oriented.
• 3-5 years experience in FF management position in international company;
• Self-motivated and possessing good follow-up abilities, good problem solving and analytical skills;
• Strong supervisor skill, good communication skills;
• Energetic, ambitious, teamwork attitude;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, willing to take challenge;
• Self-motivated, fast learner;
• Customer- oriented.
