About Kirby South East Asia
Kirby South East Asia started its operation in 2008 with its 50,000 MT annual capacity plant in Vietnam. In its few years of operation Kirby SEA has designed and supplied various buildings in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, Bangladesh and Myanmar markets. Kirby South East Asia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirby International.
Responsibilities
To generate project enquiries from various sources such as Corporate Houses, Consulting Firms, Public and Private Sector Entities, Individuals and Non-Government Organizations.
To raise quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer's requirements / consultants drawings in order to get the estimate of project
To prepare a Techno-commercial offer to submit to customers
To negotiate with customers to finalize the contracts
To coordinate with customer and head office for successful and timely execution of projects
To secure payment or letter of credits for jobs on time
To prepare sales forecasts and report to immediate supervisors at regular interval
To conduct marketing promotion activities
Customer relationship management and customer service
Development of new markets within country or region
Qualifications
Graduated Civil Engineering or relevant
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in PEB industry
Technical Knowledge In Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture
Proficient in MS-Excel, Power Point and Auto/CAD
Effective communicator
People Management
Negotiation and influencing skills
Communication in English and Vietnamese proficiency
