We are currently looking for an Area Sales Senior Executive - to be in charge of both sell-in and sell-out for Air conditioner products for our GT Channel in North with below information:
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Sales duty:
a. Taking responsibility to achieve sales and collection target by monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- Manage PSI WS and AWS, support them in increasing sell-out to sub-dealers/ installers and end users.
- Develop new channel partners and expand market coverage, identify new business opportunities and increase market awareness.
b. Promptly updating customers about new information on product, price, policy...
c. Coordinate with other members, dept to implement sales promotion programs, activation activities, seminars, dealer convention...
d. Manage HS (HVAC Specialist) in assign areas.
2. Marketing duty:
a. Coordinate with customers to control the PSI as approval.
b. Keep update the market movement (competitor and business trend)
c. Develop and propose sales activities to improve sales performance and respond proactively to competitors' pricing, promotions, and market activities.
Yêu cầu
- Prefer 2-3 years' experience in B2B sales business.
- Experience managing distributors and traditional trade channels on GT North.
- Self- motivated and have a high sense of commitment
- Positive thinking, flexibility, loyalty, patience
- Be good at logical and quantitative analysis and preciseness.
- Proficient in Ms. Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
