Area Sales Supervisor

Major responsibilities :
Manages team's sales target: volume, campaign, [protected info] all product categories;
Manages market share, price, promotion, completion and brand awareness/positioning in channel.
Distribution support: customer management (all level distributors) on sales operation over assigned area.
Field sales management: customer visit, service flows, market claim.
Team management: Internal training, supervising & develop sales force to be qualified with operation standard and excellent performance.
Co-ordinate with other internal customer regarding to: sales planning, market claim, technical, marketing on sharing activities and actively contribute to market strengthen.
Job requirements :
Bachelor's degree (University/College) in Technical/Economics/ Commercial;
Male/ Female with age under 35;
2-4 years sales experience in construction material or FMCG;
Strong team supervising & implementation skills;
