Objectives
We're looking for a creative person, who is always learning and cultivating the mind as well as the new trend in creativities and marketing. Who also have a good aesthetics, strategic thinking, passion in work and strong communication skills, strong sense/service mindset to develop ideas and impact clients with the best art solutions.
Job Description
Participate in developing ideas with content and account team
Orientation and deployment of key visual
Capture and build up ideas with sketches, storyboards and animation
Guide and inspire ideas to design team to produce the final products
Assist team to create design publications when requested
Control the progress and quality of projects and output products
Present ideas with internal, Account team, and also to clients (when required)
Contribute ideas to develop team and company's branding

Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Graduated universities with graphic design training
Understanding about Big idea, campaign 360, good sense of catching trend
Experience in making TVC, viral clips, animation ...
Experience in Art Director/Senior Art Director position within 1 year at Digital/Full-service Agency companies
Meticulous at work, good communication skill and progressive spirit
Proficient in using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and design tools
