Mô tả công việc

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with account team to schedule and monitor all projects.
• Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
• Determine how best to represent a concept visually.
• Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use for event or activation projects.
• Develop the overall look or style of a publication, advertising campaign.
• Develop and manage the creative team.
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by staff members before production.
• Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style.
• Directly present designs to clients for approval.
• Personally work on the graphic development of the whole product as a part of team.

Yêu cầu

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, design, graphic arts and/or related experience.
• A very strong professional portfolio.
• At least 04 years agency experience in a deadline oriented environment and 02 years in the same position.
SKILLS:
• Having keen skills of graphic design and relevant software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, 2D or 3D Max, Cinema 4D and other programs).
• Strong ideation and conceptual ability.
• Having an extensive awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design.
• Leadership, teamwork, goal oriented, detail oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
• Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well.
• Having an organised, structured and methodical work style.
• Have experience working in the BTL (below the line).
• Communication and presentation skill.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends.

Salary negotiable according to ability.
