Brainstorm and create visually outstanding campaign concepts that connect with our clients' goals and their ideal customers.
Complete all stages of a creative project from mood boarding, sketching, designing to implementing assets.
Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support.
Work efficiently with cross departments on the development of needed client materials
Pre and post-production quality checks.
Present ideas and concepts internally and with clients when required.

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 5 years experience working in advertising or communication agencies, creative agencies. Experience on global brands is a must.
Strong design skills and excellent understanding of branding.
Skilled at concept and idea creation for communication campaigns.
Be a pro at Adobe Creative Suite and have experience with 3D design software and Figma.
Embrace the power of AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT to enhance your creative process.
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of campaign-level projects.
Open-minded, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
Able to conduct office communication and understand clients' briefs in English.
