Asisstant Lab Manager (Garment)

Our Client is the FDI company in garment & textile field. Currently, we are finding the dynamic, detailed, and dedicated candidate who provides the managerial leadership, technical for fabric issue (test, inspection, chemistry -based, washing or water treatment) - Assistant Lab Manager. The duties include:



Human management

• Headcount review and forecast the order requirement. Co-operated with HR team & manager to fulfill the manpower capacity.

• Manage & give a training course to them; problem-solving, daily, weekly, monthly target setting to adapt client's requirement

Fabric management

• Provide overall direction of the raw materials/fabric follow company and customers' standards/ relevant department

• Maintain, review and update Quality requirements from customers and Group

• Set up and implementation of standard operating procedures

• Fabric inspection follows SOP

• Fabric, Materials, Garment testing: manage the performance of testing staffs; testing incoming fabrics and semi-products, finish products; call-out issued roots with an action plan. Make sure with other departments to follow the lab suggestion (shrinkage & shading).

• Update and make sure following clients' requirements; certification

• Give out the training course to staff and related departments of basic and technical knowledge.

• Improvement (CI/ IE): keeps updating new technology, tool, and method

• In closely co-ordinated with the head office team and suppliers related to fabric issues and solutions given out

• Others duties assigned by the BOD
