- Supervises and leads assembly for assigned production area, in charge of new program launch preparation for assembly production and ramp up production support.
- Supervises and leads assembly for the whole shift, assigned operators between each area,to achieve corporate Labor potential requirement.
- Monitors production records, ensures and verifies that TPM, fixture verification, rabbit testing's are done properly and on time.
- Monitors problems in production, coordinates and participates in Problem solving, ensuring non-recurrence and maintaining corrective actions.
- Supervises and in charge of the whole shift's standardized work implementation in production, to achieve corporate quality requirement, such as internal and external PPM etc.
- Participates in assigned program launch meeting, Assembly NWT meeting and internal rejection meeting,host daily label meeting and Containment meeting.
- Be responsible for building and modifying the job training of operators and utilities, ensures proper training for employees assigned to assembly activities, monitor training and evaluate the result, to achieve corporate new operator training requirement.
- Leads, instructs and trains newly promoted employees. Monitors, evaluates and corrects employee's work and behavior, as needed.

- Keeps Assembly Department reports and charts up to date.
- Leads green meetings with all personnel under his supervision at the beginning of the shift
- Actively participates in reducing problems, monitors equipment routine maintenance.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable departments and collective policies and with instructions. Investigates and implements disciplinary actions in accordance to personnel policies and instructions.
- Ensures compliance with environmental concerns in assembly area.
- Actively participates in the development of continuous improvement projects for production line, optimize production process, cost reduction and reduction of PPM's.
- Performs other tasks as required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Skills in operator training.
- Skills in shopfloor control method, quality assurance techniques.
- Organizing, planning, supervising, directing, coordinating and delegating skills and ability to apply motivational techniques and methods.
- Ability to promptly respond to production line problems and prioritize activities.
- Industrial Engineering degree, Engineering degree or Management degree.
- Be familiar with assembly, molding, painting manufacturing, skills in lean manufacturing.
- Experienced in shopfloor management including production and staff,ability to find and solve problems quickly.
- High responsibility, positive and initiative to lead a team effectively.
- Minimum 5 years' experience responsibility in manufacturing departments, English skills preferred.
