- Lead and manage overall operations of the Product Technical Development Center, including Sample Room, Product Engineering, and IE departments.
- Establish technical standards, development procedures, and operational strategies.
- Oversee sample development, production engineering, costing analysis, and productivity improvement.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure product feasibility and manufacturing efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement projects related to quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.
- Lead technical evaluation during product development and pre-production stages.
- Monitor manpower planning, department performance, and KPI achievement.
- Support factory management in technical innovation and operational optimization.
- Build and develop strong technical teams.
- Report directly to top management.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, including senior management experience.
- Strong expertise in Sample Room management, Product Engineering, IE, and garment technical development.
- Deep understanding of garment manufacturing systems, lean production, and productivity improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and customer communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and garment-related systems/software.
- Fluent in English or Chinese
