Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
• Process sales orders and coordinate with customers and suppliers
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on payments
• Reconcile invoices, debts, and tax-related documents
• Verify expenses, purchase invoices, and international payments
• Manage accounts payable and maintain payment records
• Handle bank transactions, FX records, and month-end revaluations
• Support inventory reconciliation and warehouse stock takes
• Check VAT invoices and support audit processes
Compliance & Reporting
• Prepare and submit statutory reports in compliance with regulations
• Maintain proper filing systems for contracts and financial documents
• Support internal and external audits
Others
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Chief Accountant and management
