Mô tả công việc
• Co-ordinate the day to day operations of the banquet floor to obtain maximum profit and maximum guest satisfaction.
• Greet functions organizers on arrival and ensure that their requests are dealt with.
• Ensure all staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.
• Ensure that rooms/function space are set up according to guest expectations and banquet event order. Conduct pre-function meetings with scheduled staff and review all information pertinent today's functions. Inspect scheduled functions areas/rooms, table set ups, buffet tables, receptions and coffee break for cleanliness, attractiveness and proper layout.
• Follow up problems which may arise from event order and room allocations and rectify as soon as possible.
• Supervise VIP functions as required.
• Oversee all service and set ups
• Ensure all equipment requested is fulfilled.
• Work with Manager on manpower planning and management needs.
• Work with Manager in the preparation and management of the department budget.
• Work with the team to actively minimize breakage and wastage across the department.
• Planning, coordinating and implementing banquet menu - meeting room set up into the department operation
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time

Yêu cầu công việc
• At least Bachelor degree in any field.
• At least 3 years experiences in banquet function management with evidenced tracked record of achievements
• Strong inter-personality, leadership, and creative skills
• Flexible, outgoing, open minded and always with a smile
• Ability to perform well under pressure, team builder and problem solver.
• Strong leadership, administrative and organizational skills
• Punctual and dynamic, positive and proactive personality
• Proficiency in English and computer literate
• At least 3 years experiences in banquet function management with evidenced tracked record of achievements
