1. Job Purpose
Support the Brand Manager in planning and executing brand strategies, ensuring alignment with global guidelines while effectively adapting to local market dynamics and driving both brand building and in-market execution.
2. Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communication
• Support the development and execution of integrated brand communication plans across digital and offline channels
• Coordinate with agencies on content development, KOL/KOC campaigns, and execution across key digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Google).
• Ensure all brand materials comply with global brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements
Campaign & Project Management
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (product launches, events, activations)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Distributor, Agencies, HQ) to ensure smooth and timely execution
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance
Trade Marketing & In-market Execution
• Support development of trade materials (POSM, display guidelines, promotional tools)
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade activities to drive conversion and sales
• Ensure brand visibility and consistency across retail channels
Market & Consumer Insights
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Track consumer trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Monitor brand performance metrics (e.g., search trends, engagement, campaign effectiveness)
Administrative & Coordination
• Support contract, payment, and documentation processes with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain clear tracking of ongoing marketing activities and project status
3. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/brand roles with 360° marketing exposure (experience in formula, nutrition, or healthcare is a plus)
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Willingness and ability to travel for business trips when required (e.g., up to one week)
