Mô tả công việc
Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales
Following market trends and presenting creative ideas with MKT team
Analyzing data to report on brand growth
Determine brand objectives and strategies
Research markets and study the company's brand
Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion) Coordinate sales, product development and other teams
Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
Provide input to developing marketing campaign & promotion program, which bases on brand positioning.
Strictly follow up execution with vendor & make alignment with related stake-holder to ensure marketing campaign and promotion program on time & in quality.
Develop sufficient promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, information booklet which are in line with product positioning. - MKT team
Collect, compile, verify data of internal sales, retailer audit, product/promotion performance, customer/consumer feedback & behavior and make report to relevant managers.
Ensure document/record of approval for all execution activities
Provide input to develop marketing campaign & promotion program, which bases on brand positioning.
Develop sufficient promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, information booklet which are in line with product positioning. - MKT team
Support Marketing Manager in coordinating with agencies to develop promotional materials including both online and offline materials, i.e. eDM, Facebook post, website content, detailing Aids, consumer leaflet which are in line with product positioning.
Evaluate effectiveness of promotion efforts through strictly follow up the execution of promotional programs.
Support in developing product training to field force on an ongoing basis. Keep Field Force updated on product knowledge and competitor information.
Actively assist Marketing team in executing marketing campaign, ranging from digital advertising to CRM lead, online and offline activation
Provide information in forecasting markets product demand, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
Propose marketing objectives, advertising and promotion, which bases on Corporate Branding foundation, and ensure their execution for the assigned products.

Yêu cầu
Have relevant degrees and certificates
2 to 5 year experience with assistant or similar position
Well organized, disciplined, and able to perform under pressure;
Willing to learn, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal communication skills as frequently working directly with clients
