Planning & Implementation (50%)
Deeply understand consumers & market insights & initiate action plan to tackle competitors & recover brand performance
Supervise & work closely with agencies to ensure the effectiveness in execution, aligned with final direction for
digital marketing communication
Build up brand image & create consumer's interaction in both online & offline by develop communication assets (visual & content) & social activities (influencer, seeding, PR stunt) from planning to execution, ensuring consistency with regional guideline Prepare monthly reports on brand performance
Work closely with external agency to manage brand in-store activation
Sales Target and Ensuring Budget (20%)
Monitor sales result, key performance indicators, competitor activities and market trends
Manage approved budget and continuously improve budget efficiency while still delivering business plan by reviewing ROI & CR of brand activities and proposing any adjustments / investment.
Quality and Productivity (10%)
Ensure implementation of brand activities in accordance with Brand guidelines and Campaign strategies
Monitor the execution of monthly retail, education and marketing plans proposed by team, including pricing, ordering, sales target, promotion activities, marketing plan (PR, Digital, CRM, new launch, activities)
Environmental and Social Responsibilities (10%)
Lead with integrity, commitment, responsibility, and consistency.
Liaise with other departments across the organization (HR, Finance, Operations, IT) to ensure marketing strategies and activities are well aligned with corporate objectives.
Coordinate and follow up legal document's registration in Department of Health.
Others (10%)
To execute ad-hoc projects as requested by Line Manager.
Others as assigned from time to time.
