Assist the Manager for the detailing and implementation of Marketing programs.
• Assist in development and implementation of the Communications Plan for the marketing programs
• Assist the Brand Manager/
Marketing Manager to develop and implement brand strategy and plans on an ongoing basis.
- Work closely with the media agency and the Team for detailing, implementation and monitoring of media
campaigns and plans.
- Perform monthly gathering, analysis, and reporting of consumer and trade data including sales volumes, market
share, penetration/ distribution, stock-out, and inventory.
- Assist in developing and implementing trade and consumer promos as well as merchandising and local event
activities based on business directions while coordinating with both Sales and
Trade Marketing departments.
- Analyze and monitor program efficiencies and effectiveness to ensure targets are achieved.
- Monitor and track brands market share & performance to identify risks & opportunities.
- Input on the development, production & implementation of advertising and promotions for brand and media
strategies and executions to support brand.
- Formulate product / package innovations for presentation to drive down costs to improve the brand image in the
market place.
- Analyze the trends of all the promotional activities
- Communicate and monitor advertising agencies.
