Understanding about trend of toy market, insights of customers' need to source on trend product in time to expand business
• Creating marketing plan for both ATL and BTL including TVC/ event/ product review/ KOL/ KOC for different communication platforms TV/ YouTube/ FP/ Tiktok..
• Working with agency/ design team/ media team to develop details contents including both design and copy.
• Implementing marketing plans, product promotion for different sales channels to deliver business results
• Cooperating with sales team to prepare FC, pricing, launching plan
• Working with Trade MKT team to deploy merchandising guideline to ensure good visibility in store for each campaign launch
• Monthly target tracking to discuss with Sales/ Trade team to achieve brand target by offering sufficient support in specific period
• Studying movement of competitors, market change to prepare reaction plan in time to secure core toy business.
• Key contact point with principal for Forecast, Order, pricing, MKT strategy alignment, reporting
• Manage MKT budget, allocate expense among ATL/ BTL.. for different media channel
• Be responsible to deliver team target within approved communication budget
• Ability to do tracking performance of stocks to optimize inventory levels, developing stock clearance plan to reduce old stock.
At least 2 years experiences works as Product (Brand) management role.

Have knowledge about Social media, Influencer Market,
Digital Marketing, Advertising
Have good sense of number and logical thinking.
Proficiency in MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
An attention to details and a never-satisfying attitude
Fluent in English.
