- To develop and execute
brand marketing strategies for Skincare/ cosmetic products, ensure alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer collaborations, and offline activations.
- To work with Sales & Trade team to ensure branding and promotion activities aligned with approved brand strategy & brand guideline.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, e-commerce, social media, content MKT) and external partners (agencies, retailers) to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- To work with product development teams to support new product launches, packaging, and formulation improvements.
- Assist in managing MKT budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and track industry trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of skincare market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor landscape.
- Passion for beauty and skincare with a creative and proactive mindset.
- Experience in
digital marketing, influencer marketing, and social media strategy.
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), plus Chinese
