- Brand Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and executing comprehensive branding campaigns to build and strengthen a solid brand story and image. This includes market research, competitor analysis, and crafting key brand messages.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver all branding assets efficiently. This also involves managing and completing related administrative and contractual paperwork.
- Product Management: Act as a
product owner by mapping and managing the entire product production timeline, from concept to delivery. Ensure all product information and key messages are accurately and effectively transferred to internal teams and external partners.
- Budget & Performance Analysis: Support the brand manager in managing the branding budget, tracking campaign performance, and analyzing key metrics to ensure all activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of skincare market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor landscape.
- Passion for beauty and skincare with a creative and proactive mindset.
- Experience in
digital marketing, influencer marketing, and social media strategy.
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), plus Chinese
