Education: Bachelor's degree (Marketing/Business preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in an Assistant
Brand Manager role, or at least Senior
Marketing Executive level with proven ability to lead / co-lead key brand, DS activation, portfolio, or NPD-related projects. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales/Trade and managing agencies/suppliers is required; building materials/construction-related industry is a plus
Research and Data analytical skills: Data-driven mindset; able to evaluate program effectiveness
Computer & Digital Skills: Strong MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word). Comfortable using modern productivity and analytics tools to improve work efficiency and reporting (e.g., Power BI/dashboarding, basic data visualization, collaboration tools). Able to leverage AI tools for research, content drafting, and workflow automation with good judgment and compliance.
Language skills: English - fluent communication in speaking & writing
