The Assistant Business Development Manager role is a high-performing individual who will be responsible in meeting our market position and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will also be responsible for market development and sales of commodity plastics, plastics polymers in Vietnam.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
Work very closely with Country Manager and Sales Manager.
Build and monitor the sales plan in line with organisational KPIs / goals.
Acquire basic technical knowledge required for the job during the on-the-job training and apply them in market and application development to build new volume.
Generate and develop sales within Vietnam to find new opportunities and achieve sales goals.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Developing the potential projects with our strategic partner supplier.
Developing the potential projects with existing and new customers.
General account management, which may include credit applications, forecasts and sales orders, negotiate pricing and commercial terms of sales agreements.
Reporting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to effectively manage materials and/or product sales and cost transparency.
Inventory management.
Provide basic technical support to customers.
Take lead in handling customer complaints.
Responsible for other job as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree in Polymers Science and Engineering, or any related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years' experience in packaging, or polymer related Industry.
Ensure deadlines are met through excellent time management and allocation of priorities.
Strong drive for results, minimum supervision required.
Strong industry expertise will be an advantage.
Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in MS Office
