Assistant Director of Sales (M.I.C.E and Wholesales Segment)

- Responsible for implementing the M.I.C.E and Wholesales strategies and plan to achieve the M.I.C.E and wholesales revenue goals, property revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction. - Lead the team's professional development by acting as a mentor, responsible for their professional development and career progression and monitoring individual performance through both informal and formal processes.
- Models the Corporate culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.
- Drive the business and generate new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage all day-to-day activities related to the M.I.C.E and wholesales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives.
- Contribute to the development of company sales and marketing initiatives by recommending, implementing and monitoring appropriate sales activities including sales projections, sales promotions, sales calls, market and competition intelligence, customer recognition programs.
- Takes ownership of financial performance of the M.I.C.E and wholesales operations.
