Mô tả công việc
Assist Experience Manager to the operation of the Experience department and the sub-sections (Tours and Beach activities, Boutique, Kids Club) ensuring product quality standards are met and exceptional service is provided to all resort's guests.
Ensures hosts selection, training, performance, recognition programs, and host engagement initiatives are in place and monitored to maximize performance and retention.
Ensures that standards and procedures are reviewed and discussed to drive continuous improvement to maximize guest satisfaction.
Ensure health and safety of guests and hosts while participating in tours & activities.

Experience in luxury sector is a plus.
