Helps administer employee benefits and respond to unemployment claims
Supports employee development through training and onboarding
Maintains effective employee communication and addresses employee concerns
Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations
Manages worker's compensation claims

Degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area
Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
