Key Responsibilities

Design and execute farmer engagement initiatives to strengthen customer relationships, improve retention, and expand market reach.
Establish and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives, marketing campaigns, and operational processes.
Drive process optimization and operational excellence by implementing structured problem-solving approaches and best practices.
Ensure seamless execution of marketing and business strategies by aligning efforts with company goals, profitability targets, and market dynamics.
Manage multiple high-priority projects with ownership and accountability, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2+ years (MBA) or 4+ years (non-MBA) experience in marketing, business development, or strategy execution.
Proven expertise in go-to-market strategies, business growth, and data-driven decision-making.
Startup experience preferred; agritech exposure is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of agricultural markets and farmer engagement strategies is highly desirable.
Proven experience in driving digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM platforms.
