Project Collaboration: Work within a cross-functional Project Development Team to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Design Management: Assist with end-to-end project design development, from conception to completion.
Consultant Coordination: Liaise with external design consultants, managing design stages including concept, schematic, development, detailing, and construction documentation.
Technical Review: Review mock-ups, material samples, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
Feasibility & Analysis: Conduct preliminary feasibility studies to evaluate the development potential of new projects and acquisitions.
In-House Design: Execute in-house design tasks and quick-turnaround design projects as needed.
Ad-Hoc Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Experience: 7-8 years of relevant professional experience, specifically managing residential projects from inception to completion.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with industrial projects is a significant advantage.
• Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese building codes, regulations, and authority submission procedures is essential.
• International Exposure: Previous overseas work experience is preferred.
• Location: Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Ho Chi Minh City.
Technical Skills
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software.
• Design & Execution: Advanced understanding of design detailing, project implementation, and the ability to balance "big picture" concepts with technical execution.
Soft Skills & Competencies
• Leadership: Ability to work independently and drive design objectives to meet project goals.
• Collaboration: A proactive team player capable of working across departments to achieve shared milestones.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to direct, review, and critique consultant proposals effectively.
• Language: Professional fluency in both spoken and written English.
