Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management System Development
• Design and implement end-to-end project management frameworks, including workflows, SOPs, templates, and reporting systems
• Standardize processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Establish project governance, tracking mechanisms, and performance metrics
2. Project Oversight & Quality Control
• Oversee ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, proactively proposing solutions
• Maintain high standards of execution across all projects
3. Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead, manage, and mentor the Project Assistant team
• Develop training programs and performance standards
• Build a high-performing, accountable project team
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
• Work directly with clients, with a strong focus on Chinese clients (China Desk)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
• Represent the company in client-facing situations when needed
Yêu cầu
Requirements (Must-have)
• Fluent in Chinese (mandatory - direct client communication required)
• 5-8 years of experience in consulting, legal, accounting, or investment environments
• Proven experience in team management
• Strong background in project management or project coordination
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement systems and processes
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience at Big4 firms or top-tier consulting companies
• Prior exposure to FDI clients, particularly Chinese investors
• Experience in investment projects, corporate legal, or business advisory
