Mô tả công việc
Part A: General Responsibility
- Assist Managers for managing, motivating team as well as contribute idea for policy and master/execution plan of department to achieve KPI of department and target of company.
- Managing budget management and optimization for annual year & month.
- Coaching & Training for staff to adapt & develop skill for satisfy objective
Part B: Marketing management
- Developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments (marcom & SNS/Digital).
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development.
- Build policy to support & develop activities at Dealer (PR/ Event/ Branding).
- Manage operation/ activation in Isuzu Parkson showroom.
- Implement customer data platform PRJ
Part C: Dealer network development
- Research and expand dealer network quantity
- Follow and maintain dealer network quantity.
- Manage and improve the procedure of recruitment new dealer and support effectively
current dealer (Dealer standard, Dealership Agreement/ Management of signage systems & logo, brand identity of dealer, Dealer Evaluation, Dealer award).
- Implement New CI at current and new Isuzu outlets

Yêu cầu
- Education: University degree in Marketing or related economic major
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and 2 years in a management position
- Knowledge and experience in automotive field is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good team management and organization skills
- Ability to manage goals and detailed evaluation
- English: fluent in 4 skills.
- Having B2 license is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and 2 years in a management position
- Knowledge and experience in automotive field is an advantage.
