( Assistant Manager) Senior Executive, Institutions and Corporate Business Support

Job Purpose Summary: The jobholder is responsible for supporting dealers in i) establishing and maintaining FI relationships for counterparty limits, and ii) in handling corporate FX business.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Functional (job responsibilities)
Support dealers in establishing global FI limits (MM and FX) for the bank:
• Ensure KYC/AML ATF requirements on FI counterparties are strictly complied with and coordinate with Regulatory Compliance on KYC/AML ATF related matters.
• Prepare documents and reply to queries of others FI counterparties to put in place credit lines for funding & liquidity and foreign exchange purpose.
• Perform credit analysis on / review credit lines to FI counterparties, ensure compliance with Bank's policy & regulatory requirements as part of the Bank's total counterparty credit risk management.
Contribute to the achievement of revenue targets, especially towards FX business budget:
• To quote FX rates under dealer's observation and update latest market movements to other business units
• To prepare FX and Global Markets related reports (both internal and external)
• Joint marketing calls with Business Corporate Banking RM to market FX products to existing and potential customers where necessary.
• To comply with all relevant guidelines governing the Treasury markets.
• To execute ad-hoc projects and any other duties as directed by the Head of Global Markets.
