● Responsible for Marketing, Social Media, Communication,
Digital Marketing, and other Branding activities related to assigned product categories/brands at Saint-Gobain.
● Monitor and supervise the implementation of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
● Monitor and understand market trends to propose marketing plans for new product launches, new campaigns, and category/brand development.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective marketing strategies across the company's communication channels and relevant partners. Work closely with Brand, Sales,
Trade Marketing, and external agencies (Creative, Media, Production) to implement Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns, from concept development to execution across Social Media, Digital, Events, Activation, Livestream and PR. Main responsibilities include:
○ Owned Channels: Directly manage and oversee content strategy for the brand's Fanpage, Community Groups, and TikTok channels. Ensure brand consistency by maintaining brand identity guidelines across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
○ Booking Channels: Plan and execute KOL/KOC campaigns within the construction industry, including influencer selection, content direction, campaign execution, and performance measurement (awareness and engagement).
○ Paid Channels: Prepare campaign briefs, review media plans, and monitor the execution of paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
● Monitor category and product performance, prepare monthly communication reports and plans, and ensure marketing KPIs are achieved as required by the company.
● Analyze customer insights to understand customer needs and content preferences, and optimize marketing strategies in real-time.
● Perform and support other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

● Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related disciplines.
● Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 1 year of experience in an
Assistant Manager position.
● Experience in Branding, Communication, Media, Social Media Management; experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
● Ability to develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing strategies and category/brand development plans.
● Good command of English (spoken and written).
● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Passionate about the construction industry and knowledgeable about the latest communication and marketing trends.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business performance and market conditions to propose appropriate marketing strategies and campaigns.
● Solid understanding of both fundamental and advanced marketing and branding principles.
