Job Summary
Responsible for leading the creative development and production of short-form brand videos, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with brand identity and drives audience engagement and business performance. This role oversees script quality, guides video production, and mentors the Brand Video Planner to scale video output effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve video scripts, providing guidance to interns on developing effective hooks, highlighting product USPs, and structuring compelling content.
Lead video shoots and editing processes, setting creative direction and quality standards for videographers and editors.
Drive the growth of brand video content output while ensuring consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
Co-develop and execute monthly video content plans with the Brand Video Planner, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship.
Analyze video performance data to identify effective content formats, hooks, and creative approaches for continuous improvement.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in short-form video content creation, including script review, creative direction, or collaboration with creative production teams.
A portfolio showcasing videos personally directed or scripts edited, preferably with demonstrated performance results.
Proficient in English communication skills
Strong scriptwriting and editing skills, with the ability to transform basic or underperforming drafts into engaging, persuasive, and conversion-driven video content.
