Mô tả công việc
I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage information and set up meetings/ arrangements as CEO requests
• Provide general administrative support to CEO
• Coordinating between the departments in the company
• Overseeing the company to find out the problems and contribute solutions
• Contribute to admin process to ensure the office operation goes well
• Closely connecting with Finance team to follow up the company process and the business results
• Problem solving skills are applied with patient communication to other departments, advise on the company process as well as finding solution for their problems
• Record CEO decisions and communications during meetings and cascade information to the relevant stakeholders in the organization
• Market research and be able to analyse the information
• Other tasks are assigned by CEO

• Effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
• Excellent English, both verbally & written
• A deep understanding about the company business and Knowledge of business operations in the FMCG and retail sectors
• Knowing about the procedure and process on the project
• Leadership skills to persuade and supervising the team to finish their work well
• Strong aggression, negotiation and problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
• Positive attitude, high commitment and friendly personality
• Bachelor's degree requires
• 5+ years experience at Assistant position
• Excellent English, both verbally & written
• A deep understanding about the company business and Knowledge of business operations in the FMCG and retail sectors
• Knowing about the procedure and process on the project
• Leadership skills to persuade and supervising the team to finish their work well
• Strong aggression, negotiation and problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
