What You Will Do
• Assist in the updating of the project schedule.
• Maintain Project Management Control System (PMCS) and project procedures.
• Assist in preparing reports suitable for the needs of the Owner and the Project team.
• Review design documents
• Assist in preparing and proceeding Submittals and Requests for Information
• Assist in preparing daily construction reports and Monthly Reports
• Assist in field inspections.
• Support on review and manage design, investigate local requirements on Architect and study constructability, study local materials.
• Assist in collaboration, tracking and filing project documents.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
What You Are Good At
• Excellent command of English and an ability to write technical reports.
• High integrity and ethics; a desire to "do the right thing" when faced with adversity.
• Understanding of the construction process
• Ability to work independently or as part of a multicultural team.
• Forward-looking and proactive
• Strong computer skills and hands-on ability to utilize project management control systems.
• University or College Degree; Relevant Certifications
• Willingness to travel within Vietnam and Internationally
