JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced
Assistant Manager Procurement to lead and manage procurement activities across the company, with a strong focus on payment solutions, technology, payment devices, software, and business services.
The role will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining effective procurement governance. The Assistant Manager Procurement will work closely with Finance, IT, Operations, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure timely and compliant procurement of goods and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and delivery.
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers and strategic vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLAs, contracts, and other commercial conditions.
Manage procurement of
payment devices, IT equipment, software/SaaS, cloud services, and other business services
.
Monitor vendor performance, contract compliance, quality, and delivery.
Analyze procurement spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and risk-control requirements.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams.
Lead and develop the procurement team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
From 4+ years of experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
Experience in Fintech, Payment, Banking, E-commerce, or Technology is preferred.
Strong vendor management, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with technology, payment devices, SaaS, IT infrastructure, or professional services procurement is a plus.
Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
