- Align all tasks with the company's strategy and business planning, cooperate with the company's management to formulate the company's production goals, establish the production system, and prepare the annual production plan.
- Responsible for production, technology, on-site management, workplace safety and health compliance.
- Responsible for improving production technology/upgrading; continuous improvement and improving product quality.
- Responsible for the operation, scheduling, implementation and management of the production plan, control the material balance, reasonably reduce costs, optimize the key links of the production process and improve production capacity.
- Coordinate all links and resources in the production process, establish a good communication mechanism between the production system and various departments.
- Responsible for employee management, guidance, training and evaluation, and effectively motivate employees to improve work efficiency.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the superior on time.
Yêu cầu
- Has rich manufacturing experience in production management and cost control, proficient in mutiple assembly process operations, 5S, GMP, WSH and operation management.
- Bachelor degree or above with at least 6 years of production management experience (SME scale at least). Candidate from high-tech enterprises is preferred.
- Has strong ability to use data analysis for decision-making, good leadership, organization and coordination skill, communication skill and executional skill.
- Has the ability of overall planning and execution, excellent professional ethics, personal accomplishment and professionalism.
- Good command of speaking English and Madarin.
