Job Summary
• Assists the Director of Public Area to direct and organize the Housekeeping Department within the complex in order to ensure high level of service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - (Key Activities)
• Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the the Director of Public Area to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment.
• Develop, recommend, implement and manage the property maintenance and cleanliness in ensuring all objectives to meet and exceed management expectations.
• Drive and attain the Housekeeping Key Performance Indicators in maintaining high level of cleanliness across Public Area across the complex.
• Ensures Public Supervisors and Public Area Attendants deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Ensures Public Area Attendants also provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
• Align plans and demonstrate knowledge and educate others about how one's work aligns with the overall business / brand strategy, and ultimately shareholder values.
• Understand the meaning and implications of key external and internal guests across the complex in ensuring support and cooperation are being extended.
• Plan use of financial resources according to department goals and / or control department costs. Requires a familiarity with most effective uses of available resources.
• Work in support of team goals and measure effectiveness by the quality decision making at the senior level as well as through the profit and service performance at the individual unit level.

• Language: Fluent in written and spoken English. Preferably other languages as well.
• Physical Requirements: Physically Fit and Healthy
Qualifications
• College degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury environment
